International Ministerial Congress meets quadrennial:

Congress delegates from around the world meet together every four years, on a different continent, in order to conduct the business of the Congress, share the vision of the Congress, introduce new members, and further build the bonds of fellowship and doctrinal integrity. (Pictured in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in October 2016)
